Terms and Conditions


PRODUCT PACKAGING

We take every care to ensure your items are delivered to you without damage from transit, therefore items will come delivered in packaging deemed appropriate. Although we try to be minimal with our use of packaging to benefit our environment, items may arrive in bubble-wrap, or other protective materials. Items are also packed in high quality boxes to ensure the safety of products, however please be understanding if boxes arrive marked or dented due to the nature of courier package delivery and only bring to our attention if the product itself is damaged.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we ensure our stock quantities online are as accurate as possible, there may instances certain items may be out of stock or short dated. If this occurs then we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement product or an alternative product up to the same value. You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish.

BEST BEFORE DATES

The best before dates on products can vary dependant on the type of product or ingredients used within the products. We will dispatch products with a minimum best before date of at least 3 months.

PAYMENT

We currently only accept payments by PayPal or by debit/credit cards via Shopify Payments, safe online payments that allow you to pay by your credit/debit card or vendors such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. We however do not accept any payments in any other currency other than Great British Pounds (GBP).

All content (pictures, logos, and text) included on this site is the property of Sweet Jaspers or its content supplier. If any of this content is altered, reproduced or changed in any way, then we may take legal action.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may change the website or these terms at any time. If you use the website after Candycrave has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms which will take effect immediately.

External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the Website Owner and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk. When visiting external links you must refer to that external websites terms and conditions of use.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

As a customer you are entitled to cancel you order or request a full refund of your order under the following conditions:

• Cancellations or refunds must be made prior to dispatch of order. Otherwise you will need to pay the associated delivery cost to return the parcel back to us.

• If a mistake has been made on our side then you can request a full refund but we must be notified within 1 working day of the parcel being received.

• We will not be held responsible if your parcel is lost in transit due to an incorrect shipping address. In this occurrence, if the parcel is sent back to us by the courier as the sender of the item, we will refund the order minus a restocking fee. If the parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address as a result of the incorrect shipping address and cannot be recovered, you are not entitled for a refund as we are not at fault in this situation.

• If you no longer require the product or have changed your mind, then you will be responsible for returning the parcel back to us at your cost, we will need to be notified immediately if you wish to do so. We recommend you to return items using a traceable service as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 

• If a refund is agreed on the basis the items are no longer wanted, whether you have had the parcel returned to us at your cost or refused delivery and the parcel has been returned to us the sender by the couriers; this will be for the goods only. If you ordered with next day delivery the delivery cost cannot be refunded. If you order was placed with free delivery, you will be refunded for the goods minus a small restocking fee to cover the cost of the original delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the returned goods have been tampered with or opened or that is custom made or ordered by us specifically at your request.

We will issue refunds from the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days after cancellations or refunds for the funds to be returned to you.
